The Beginning of Me Beginning Again

I studied Jewellery and Silversmithing in Edinburgh many moons ago, and since then, life has taken me on a fair few adventures. Over the years, I’ve kept my connection to making alive through small batches of jewellery for my once-a-year Christmas sale — all while working full time in a corporate role.

Fast forward to today, and here I am, back at the bench. It’s both exciting and daunting in equal measure. With a healthy dose of determination (and plenty of tea), I’m ready to dive in — and I’d love for you to follow along on this new chapter.

After years in a completely different role and discipline, I’m curious to see how this journey unfolds. I know one thing for sure: every creative adventure begins with a single step.

As any well-versed creative knows, we wear all the hats — creator, designer, maker, photographer, tea maker, webmaster… and the list goes on.

So here is to new beginnings, brave leaps, and the magic of making.
