Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below are the details of our shipping, delivery, and return policies.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently ship worldwide. BUT please note we have had to suspend orders to the USA due to the current Tariffs that were implemented in August 2025. France has unfortunately suspended small parcels for this reason.
If you are local to Sally, get in touch to organise a local pick up.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is FREE Worldwide. If you want to upgrade to a courier service, this will be a chargeable cost (usually 25-50€ - contact us for a quote)
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
France: 2-4 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
International: 6-12 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders delivered outside the European Union:
Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply once your order reaches your country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices shown at checkout.
You are responsible for any such fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
For orders within the EU, no additional duties apply due to the customs union.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns of any bespoke items that have been requested/made for the client specifically.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We strongly suggest you return the item with tracked postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
